The project works are located around Doha, in Al Assiri, Al Naijah East, Al Khalifah North and Al Khulaifat areas. The works comprise construction, completion and maintenance of four new parks.
Al Assiri Park covers an area of approximately 6,850 sq.m. and comprises site preparation, hard and soft landscaping, guardroom, toilet block, cafeteria, store, service yard, landscape features and external service installations.
Al Naijah East Park is 3860 sq.m. in extent, and the construction packages comprises site preparation, hard and soft landscaping, construction of two toilet blocks, a store/service yard building, shades, limestone walling, fencing, benches, external electrical installation, irrigation and potable water services to the site.
Al Khalifa park has an area of approximately 4625 sq.m. and comprises site preparation, hard and soft landscaping, guard room, toilet block, cafeteria, landscape features and external services installation.
Al Khulaifat North Park covers approximately 13,500 sq.m and comprises site preparation, hard and soft landscaping, the construction of shades, park keeper’s store, male and female toilets, guard house, general electrical installation, street lighting and irrigation system together with the supply of services for the same to the site.
