The work comprise development of Umm Al Ghaib Farm, including the construction, completion and maintenance of offices, laboratories, villas, workshop, irrigation facilities, etc. with all associated electrical and mechanical works as per the tender drawings, specifications and other documents.

Works to be carried out include, but are not limited to, construction the following facilities at the site
- Main Building including three laboratories, seed laboratory, cold store, administration office, preservation room etc.
- Two villas fro senior staff
- Work shop for repairing agricultural machinery
- Guard House
- Pump Rooms
- Sub-stations
- Irrigation facilities for an area of five hectares
- Maintenance of existing fence and construction of compound wall
- Associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing and drainage services
