The project, to be located in Umm Shaharain area, comprise of  17 nos. warehouses (including dry, chilled, frozen and air-conditioned warehouses),  an Administrative building,  2 nos of  labour accommodation buildings, mosque with all  amenities,  a community centre with central canteen, Indoor game area, supermarket, etc.

The project site has an area of 500,000 m2, and the total overall built up area is approximately 287,315.55m2.  The site will be developed with internal road network and complete infrastructure.  This massive development is being designed fully using our in-house capabilities. 

The scope also includes complete infrastructure, including electrical substations and power supply network, water and firefighting networks, telephone and data networks, sewerage and surface water networks, as well as auxiliary buildings such as guard house, telephone and data centre, CCTV, Fire command centre, etc.
